All orders are processed promptly and shipped on the next business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major public holidays. If you place an order during the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Method:

We utilize USPS Priority Mail for all of our shipments. USPS Priority Mail is known for its fast delivery and reliable service, ensuring that you receive your package in a timely manner.

3. Insurance:

We offer insured shipping for an extra fee. Uninsured shipments are not eligible for replacement or refund. USPS insurance covers lost or damaged shipments, but does not cover stolen packages. 

 4. Estimated Delivery Time:

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 2-3 business days for domestic orders within the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order:

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package and get real-time updates on its whereabouts. If you do not see this email, check your spam folder.

6. Pre-Orders:

For pre-ordered items, we will ship them on the next business day once they become available in stock. This means that if you place an order for a pre-ordered product and it arrives in our inventory today, it will be shipped to you on the following business day. More information can be found here-
