Rewards FAQ

I already have an account. Do I need to sign up?
No. Every store account is already a rewards member. Sign in and open your rewards panel to see your points. If you see “email address is already in use,” you already have an account: sign in instead, or use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page.
When do I get my points?
Points are added when your order ships. Until then they show as pending. Points are based on your product total after volume discounts, and aren’t earned on shipping, insurance or tax.
Can I use a reward with another coupon?
No. One discount code can be used per order, so a reward can’t be combined with a welcome code, referral code or any other coupon. Volume pricing isn’t a coupon, so it still applies.
Do guest orders earn points?
No. Points are tied to your account, so create one or sign in before you check out.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
Points from a cancelled order are removed from your balance. If you redeemed a reward on a cancelled order, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Who counts as a new customer for referrals?
Someone who hasn’t ordered from us before. Referring yourself, or using a second account, isn’t eligible, and we may cancel rewards that break these rules.
Can the program change?
We may update or end the rewards program at any time. Points have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash.
