Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 12:00 PM MT, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT, or on a weekend or major public holiday, ship the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Every order ships by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping is a flat $10 per order, and free on orders over $100.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days within the United States. Delivery times can vary with location and circumstances outside our control.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging, labeled with no reference to the products inside.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes, insured shipping is available for an extra fee. Uninsured shipments are not eligible for replacement or refund. USPS insurance covers lost or damaged shipments, but does not cover stolen packages.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they arrive in stock, following the same 12:00 PM MT cutoff. See pre-order details.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically in your cart: 5% off 5 or more vials of a product, 10% off 10 or more, and 20% off 20 or more. Tiers are set per product, so check each product page for its rates.
Is there a discount on my first order?
Yes. Sign up for our emails and we’ll send you a 15% off code for your first order.
When do items come back in stock?
On any out-of-stock product page, enter your email under “Notify me when it’s back” and we’ll send one email as soon as it’s restocked.
Products, Storage & Reconstitution
What form do the products come in?
Our peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Lyophilized peptides must be reconstituted, meaning dissolved in a liquid, before laboratory use.
How are peptides reconstituted?
Bacteriostatic water is the most commonly used diluent. Our reconstitution guide walks through the steps and includes a mg/mL concentration table.
How should peptides be stored?
Keep peptides cool, dry and away from light. Short-term refrigeration below 4°C (39°F) is generally adequate; for long-term storage, a freezer is best. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. See the full storage guide.

No. All products are for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal use or consumption of any kind, are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease.
