These Terms & Conditions govern your use of rmpeptides.com and every purchase from Rocky Mountain Peptides (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or purchase our products.

All products sold on this site are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or household chemicals. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease.

The following uses are not permitted:

• Consumption of any kind, by humans or animals
• Injection into humans or animals
• Use as a drug, food, food additive, dietary supplement or cosmetic
• Clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic use
• Resale for any of the uses above
• Any use that violates applicable law

Our products have not been sterilized and have not been tested by us for safety or effectiveness in any food, drug, medical, cosmetic or commercial application. Listing a product on this site does not grant a license to use it in a way that infringes any patent. Products must be handled only by qualified and trained research or laboratory professionals.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you are purchasing for lawful laboratory research.

We may refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including when we have reason to believe a product is being purchased for anything other than its intended research use, or when a customer appears unqualified or does not comply with these terms. Any message indicating personal use, human or animal use, or other improper use will result in refusal of service.

By purchasing, you confirm that, through your own review and research, you understand:

• The proper in-vitro research use of the products you purchase
• The laws and regulations that apply to purchasing, possessing and using these products where you live
• The health and safety hazards of handling these products, and the controls needed to protect anyone who handles them
• Your responsibility to warn others of those hazards

You agree to handle, store, use and dispose of all products, and anything made with them, in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and the practices of a qualified professional. You agree that nothing you produce with our products will be adulterated or misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act or introduced into commerce in violation of it. Because our products are intended only for research, they may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory, and you are responsible for any TSCA compliance that applies to your use.

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we may accept or decline it. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order, even after you receive an order confirmation.

Payment instructions are shown after you place your order. Orders ship only after payment is received in full, and unpaid orders may be cancelled. Volume pricing, discount codes and rewards are subject to their stated terms, and only one discount code can be used per order.

Shipping methods, costs and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed to the carrier, except as covered by shipping insurance, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address.

We do not represent that our products are lawful to purchase, possess or use in every jurisdiction. If you order from outside the United States, you are responsible for confirming that the products comply with your local laws and for all customs clearance, duties and import requirements. We are not responsible for orders delayed, seized or refused by customs.

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. Cancellations, lost or damaged shipments, missing items, incorrect addresses and returned packages are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Except as expressly stated in these terms, all products and site content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products are suitable for any particular research application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Rocky Mountain Peptides or its owners, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, whether a claim arises in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the limits in this section and the section above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

In direct consideration of our approving the sale of any product to you, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rocky Mountain Peptides and its owners, employees and affiliates from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any kind arising out of your handling, possession, use or resale of any product, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance, or your violation of these terms. Any sale would be denied otherwise.

Articles, guides, product information and other content on this site are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and do not encourage any use outside laboratory research. We work to keep content accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

All site content, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Rocky Mountain Peptides and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under your account. Rewards points, referral credits and discount codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are subject to their program rules.

We may change or end our rewards and referral programs at any time, and we may cancel points, credits or codes, or close accounts, that involve fraud, abuse or a violation of these terms.

These terms, your use of this website and every order are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the extent allowed and the rest of these terms remain in effect.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
